With hand-sharpened blades and finely honed backs, they are ready for immediate use and come in a high-quality, custom-fitted leather case.
The titanium alloy blade ensures unmatched weight optimisation while maintaining high strength - perfect for excellent handling. Titanium reduces the risk of deformation, even under heavy loads. Thanks to its specific material properties, impact forces are efficiently absorbed, significantly relieving strain on the wrist.
The octagonal handle made of stabilised maple feels comfortable in the hand and provides a secure grip due to its non-slip shape. Stabilised wood is notably more robust, impact- and moisture-resistant, as the stabilisation process infuses the wood's cell structures with resin.
The ZW-X1 steel is a high-performance powder metallurgical steel specifically developed for chisels. Alloyed with vanadium and carbon, it offers exceptional wear-resistance and durability, minimising micro nicks and reducing wear under intensive use.
Easy sharpening: The combination of ZW-X1 steel and titanium allows for precise and effortless edge sharpening. The fine carbide structure of the PM steel ensures an exceptionally sharp edge. For sharpening, we recommend Cerax sharpening stones, diamond stones, or Stikit microfinishing film sheets.
