Description
With the three-piece cutter sets, there is no need for the time-consuming setup of changing profile knives on the arbor; only height adjustment is required. Classic Roman ogee profile. Matching panel-raising bit with ogee profile. The ball bearing keeps the cutter running parallel to the workpiece, even along curved edges. Designed for use in a router table.
Working method: First, use the counter-profile cutter to machine the tenons on the cross rails and muntins. Next, adjust the router so that the central groove cutter is exactly aligned with the height of the tenons, then rout all inside edges with the ogee profile and groove. Suitable for material thicknesses from 18 to 22 mm.
