Description
A random selection of precious woods in fantastic colours and grain patterns. Sealed end grain, virtually crack-free. The selection can include such woods as red mallee, sheoak, goldfield, lace sheoak, figured jarrah and mulga. From 19 x 19 mm, lengths 150-300 mm.
Australian hardwoods
In contrast to many tropical hardwoods, Australian hardwoods are sourced under strictly controlled conditions by state-licensed companies only. Burl formations on centuries-old savanna trees are carefully removed in a way that actually supports the tree’s vitality. Their strikingly wild figure comes into its own when turning bowls and lidded boxes, as well as in knife handles, carvings or jewellery pieces.
Natural product, the product may differ from the picture shown.
