Description
This wood from West Africa impresses with its colour changes, belongs to the Bubinga family and, like all our woods, is not on the CITES list. The heartwood alternates between the colours brown, red and purple and can thus be clearly distinguished from the lighter sapwood colour. This play of colours makes it very popular for jewellery and turned objects. Density 850 kg/m³
