Description
Inclination 1:6, for softwood, approx. 9-10°.
Magnetic saw guide for making dovetail joints. The contact surface has a smaller cross-section compared to other saw guides. This has the great advantage that back saws such as precision or dovetail saws with a smaller saw blade width do not lose too much cutting depth. The blade width of the back saw minus 25 mm cross-section of the saw guide gives the maximum cutting depth in the workpiece. If greater cutting depths are required, the saw guide is removed when the maximum cutting depth is reached, and the saw blade is guided in the kerf.
The slidings coats are available as acessories:
- For sawing dovetails
- Magnet with sliding coat pulls the saw blade to the stop
- The magnet’s sliding coat minimises friction and prevents wear
