The separator ensures your extraction system works efficiently over the long-term,minimises wear and simplifies the disposal of dust and chips.
Positioned between the extraction system and the woodworking machine, the Vortex CPS-147M separates up to 97 % of dust and shavings before they reach the extraction system, contaminate the filter material, and lead to a pressure drop.
Thanks to the sophisticated design of the deflectors inside the separator, a centrifugal force is generated, which brings dust, shavings, and small offcuts into a vortex, causing them to fall down due to gravity into a separate collection container (bin, box, custom-built silo).
For extraction hoses with a diameter of 100 mm.
Note: Collection containers must be operated with a tightly sealed lid. A drilling template for creating an opening for the cyclone is included.
