When turning long and thin workpieces, the steady rest supports and centres them. This reduces bending and vibrating/fluttering of the workpieces . Three ball bearing rollers with 41 mm diameter can be individually adapted to turned parts from 10 to 109 mm diameter. Adjustable for centre heights from 175 to 230 mm.
