Sojusaku Hocho, Petty (Small All-purpose Knife)

Description

Japanese kitchen knives by Miki Hamono, a small blacksmithing workshop that has hand-crafted beautiful cutting tools for over 70 years. The cutting layer is made of tough and hard blue paper steel; this highly pure carbon steel guarantees exceptional sharpness and durability.
