Course details

Sie lernen das perfekte und klingenschonende Schärfen von Messern auf Wassersteinen. Vorgestellt werden auch speziell entwickelte Schärfsysteme für Messer, wie das Edge Pro Schärfsystem oder das Magna-Tec Delta-S Schärfsystem, die Sie auch testen können. Sie erfahren umfangreiches Hintergrundwissen über Stahl und Schärfe. Durch intensives Üben unter professioneller Anleitung erreichen Sie perfekte Resultate.
Wir empfehlen für hochwertige Stähle das Schärfen von Hand. Eine Methode, die mehrere Vorteile in sich vereint: Sie ermöglicht die ultimative Schärfe, ist schonend für den Stahl, überall anwendbar und relativ schnell.

While studying ethnology, the qualified cabinetmaker already worked as a set builder at the Munich TV studios. He was working as a freelance art carpenter in the Munich Gewerkehalle. For several years, he has worked as a consultant for DICTUM in courses dealing with Japanese wood joints.
