Description
Solvent-free professional adhesive for all types of leather
Professional adhesive for all types of leather and leather work, for orthopaedic technology, for repairing bags and shoes. Besides leather, this adhesive is suitable for cork, foamed PUR (PPT, Poron), rubber, PE, PP, foamed PE, textiles, felt, polystyrene, wood and ABS. Not suitable for soft PVC.
Application:
Sand all compact materials before glueing. Upper leather, textile materials as well as foamed materials can be glued without pre-treatment, provided the surface is free of grease and release agents (it is advisable to test first). Aquilim 315 can be sprayed, applied with a roller, by pouring, with a brush or a squeegee. When combining compact and highly absorbent material, Aquilim 315 is applied to the compact material and wet-bonded. Allow to evaporate for approx. 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the material combination and application method. The adhesive film becomes transparent after the drying process. Aquilim 315 has a high tendency to crystallise. After a few minutes, the workpieces can be further processed. The adhesive strength increases continuously over a few hours. Final strength is reached after two days.
