Description
Perfectly suited to small hands: The ball-shaped handle, crafted from naturally treated Akagashi (Japanese red oak), sits securely and comfortably in the hand.
Punch awl and scribing awl - hand-forged in Japan
For precise pre-punching of screw and nail holes and for precise scribing work. Unlike the round tip, the rectangular tip cuts cleanly through the wood fibres, producing precise and smooth markings. The sturdy ferrule reinforces the tool and fits seamlessly on the shaft. Burnished blade made from high-strength carbon steel (SK85), nickel-plated ferrule.
