Professional tailor's scissors with a double-layered blade. Crafted from White Paper Steel, the high purity and high carbon content (1.2 %) of the cutting edge guarantee superb sharpness and durability. The edge layer is not rustproof; brass screw. Hardness 60 HRC, not rustproof.
