Fits router motors with guide Euro diameter 43 mm.
The PantoRouter is a precision copy milling machine for a wide variety of wood joints. With the operating principle of a mechanical pantograph, the copy milling machine can travel in all three spatial axes. Apart from the working position (x-/y-axis), you can also exactly set the working depth (z-axis) or the drilling depth of the router bit. Depending on the motor clamp diameter, round-bodied routers as well as milling motors with a Euro-style collet can be used.
Thanks to templates you can also scan tenon diameters, dovetail shapes and distances, drilling patterns or freely designed contours. Without changing the templates you can mill e.g. mortise and tenon with one and the same setting with high precision accuracy and repeatability.
Copying pins with ball bearings in various diameters make it possible to adjust the size of a milling pattern without changing the template.
The router table is steplessly tiltable and enables milling, e.g. of angled woodworking joints or name badges.

The PantoRouter® - the original:
The entire base is made of warp-resistant cast aluminium. A high-quality varnish guarantees permanent protection, even under extreme climatic conditions (salt water tested). The motor terminal enables an exactly perpendicular position to the workpiece. The machine table, tiltable up to 90°, offers a wide range of clamping and application options.
