These traditional clamps, designed for repairing musical instruments, are also well suited to model making thanks to their compact size. The two larger versions have a wide throat and are used by restorers for veneer repairs on the centre of table tops and surfaces.
Forged by hand, the steel frames are built to withstand the hard knocks of everyday studio use and feature galvanised surfaces that are easy to clean. Smooth-running brass spindle with knurled knob and fast-action thread. Ball-jointed pressure plate with removable rubber pad. Special silicone pads are available as accessories to protect varnished surfaces.
