Description

The Easy Wire Burning Kit from the Carl Jacobsen Signature series by Easy Wood Tools contains everything you need to add fine burnt details to woodturning objects. Wire burning uses the friction of wires of different thicknesses to make woodturning workpieces unique by decorating them with interesting design effects. It is a quick and easy-to-use technique that is great for bowls, pens and rings – in fact, virtually any spindle or hollow form. This 11-piece set includes three different length sets (152 mm, 228 mm and 457 mm), each with three different colour-coded wire thicknesses (red – 0.4 mm, white – 0.5 mm and blue – 0.6 mm), for a total of nine wires; includes two maple handles with quick-release hooks.
