Description
Multifunctional jig for sharpening chisels and plane blades. Control device, bevel setter and setting gauge with fence (for setting the blade protrusion on sharpening jigs) combined in one gauge. The perfect companion for sharpening and honing, on machines or bench stones.
Try Square:Large base for the blade back simplifies use and aligns the cutting edge with the control edge. Light gap for checking the squareness according to the light-gap method. With scale for quick reading of the blade or bevel width.
Bevel jig:Eight different angle jigs are available for checking the bevel angle (15° / 17.5° / 20° / 22.5° / 25° / 27.5° / 30° / 35°). Scanning allows the bevel angle to be quickly and easily checked.
Setting gauge with fence:For adjusting the blade protrusion on sharpening jigs. The blade protrusion for a specific bevel angle must be determined beforehand for each sharpening jig used. Once the measure has been determined and noted, repeatable angle adjustments can be made quickly and precisely. Moveable fence. Incl. instructions in German and English.
