Description
Already in the 19th century, English tool manufacturers made a marking gauge with a round metal shaft to allow even more precise marking of mortises and material thickness. As well as its high marking accuracy, our marking gauge has an impressive rounded wooden insert for a warm, ergonomic grip. To keep the gauge true even on difficult grain, the marking head is designed as a disc blade. A deep-etched shaft scale for quick setup as well as the roll-stop face on the brass fence complete this high-grade marking tool. Hardened metal shaft.
