DICTUM® Hook Knives, Wave Grip, Shape AS
DICTUM hook knives with AS shape impress with their sharpness, a long edge life and an excellent feel. The blades are made of a carbon- and manganese-alloyed cold work steel (Böhler K720 / 90MnCrV8) containing small amounts of chromium and vanadium as carbide formers. They are hand-forged, heat-treated to 60-61 HRC, and thus feature both exceptionally high wear resistance and a fine-grained steel structure. The polished blades are not rustproof due to the high carbon content. The naturally treated Wave Grip made of wild service tree wood sits securely in the hand, ensuring safe handling of the knife.
