Description
The problem solvers for trimming with plunge-cut saws
When formatting with plunge-cut saws on perforated plates (e.g. multifunction tables), bench dogs are often used to position the workpiece and guide rail. From a certain material thickness the problem arises that short bench dogs do not protrude sufficiently to provide enough support for the guide rail. Long bench dogs usually protrude so far that the motor of the plunge saw hits them. The precision-milled spacers, made of high-strength and impact-resistant technical plastic, have excellent sliding and wear behaviour. They enlarge the distance between the bench dogs and the plunge saw by 15 mm and are inserted directly into the upper T-slot of the Festool guide rail and fixed at the height of the bench dogs. For sawing 90° edges.
