Description
Bench version with short column
A drill press for every workshop. Whether as a bench-top or floor-standing model, a column drill press is indispensable for drilling precise holes. The solid cast-iron head is equipped with chrome-plated controls, quill feed levers with soft-grip handles, and an integrated depth stop. The height-adjustable, two-piece chuck guard features a safety interlock switch, while the user-friendly on/off switch includes undervoltage release and a separate emergency stop button.
The proven V-belt drive and cast-iron pulleys ensure optimum power transmission across 12 speeds from 180 to 2740 rpm.
The sturdy machine table rotates 360° and tilts ± 45°, with four diagonally arranged T-slots (15/28 mm) for securing jigs and fixtures. Table height is adjusted via a crank-operated rack-and-pinion mechanism.
The solid cast-iron base features two 15 mm slots and reinforced ribs at the rear for maximum stability.
Includes a high-quality quick-action drill chuck B16 (capacity 0.5–16 mm / runout accuracy 0.08 mm).
