Fits DICTUM® Bandsaw BS 270-10.
Most belt guides are not suitable for precise detail work on bandsaws. Conventional guides are suitable for bandsaw blades from 6 mm width. Narrow saw blades with a width of 3 mm require precise guidance in order not to damage the teeth and to obtain optimum cutting results.
The precision belt guide is mounted above and below the machine table instead of the standard guide. Instructions are included in the scope of delivery. The saw band is guided in grooved rollers whose groove width can be adjusted at 0.05 mm intervals, depending on the band thickness. This means that only one pair of rollers is required to cover all belt thicknesses.
