Description
The Clifton 770 Bull Nose plane is made to the same exacting specifications as all the other Clifton planes. The 770 fulfils the need for a straight-forward bull nose plane, enabling the user to plane close to an abutting section of wood and avoiding tear-out. It is a light, handy plane that is often used for cutting rebate stop shoulders. The entire plane is made of quality grey iron castings, the finish is ground to a polish and all edges have been rounded to fit comfortably in the hand. The chip removal can be precisely adjusted by means of a knurled screw.
