Description
The simple, ergonomic form and its perceptible self-weight make the rocker knife a pleasure to use. It is individually cast in sand by means of hand moulding. The specially-composed alloy (high-purity copper, tin and 1 % silver) is characterised by its fine grain and hardness. It does not affect the taste of food, even when grinding hot spices or chopping herbs.
