Description
Short-handled mallet with solid brass head and interchangeable faces. Due to the short handle, the hand lies close to the head, which makes it easier to drive chisels and carving tools. The 550 g head has a good impact force, which means you can work with less momentum. The highlight is the brass faces, which can be unscrewed and replaced by faces made of POM (polyoxymethylene). This engineering plastic material is gentle on workpiece surfaces, e.g. when tapping dovetail joints. The brass and POM faces are also available as spare parts (No. 714694, 714695). Red beech handle.
