The Capucin is considered one of the oldest French knives and originally comes from the Pyrenees. The extended blade back slides into the notch on the handle. When the knife is open, the user’s hand or thumb pushes the tang and thus prevents the blade from folding back. The provided wrench helps you to adjust the blade to your individual needs. The blade is made of rustproof 1.4116 steel with a hardness of 55 HRC.
