Online Course: Side Table in Post-and-Rail Construction
Dettagli del corso
After booking, and once your registration has been successfully processed by our customer service team, you will receive an access link that allows you to attend the workshop online via our course platform.
The side table serves as a clear example of post-and-rail construction. After completing the course, you will be able to apply the techniques shown to other projects in this style, such as stools, chairs, cabinets or larger tables.
The course is aimed at ambitious hobby woodworkers who already have some experience using a router and working at the table saw. Basic hand skills – such as sawing and chiselling by hand – are assumed. You should also be confident in preparing and cutting stock to size independently.
Each chapter explains the individual steps in detail. Numerous videos demonstrate all key stages clearly and comprehensively. Supporting texts, drawings and photographs guide you through the process and make it easy to follow and replicate the project. As a participant, you can download a course manual including measured drawings for the side table to use in your own workshop.
Scope:
The course material has been specially prepared for the online format and is presented in detail across 39 pages with numerous illustrations and tables, as well as in videos with a total running time of 1 hour 15 minutes. A downloadable course dossier completes the package. You have six months to work through the content at your own pace.
