MR4 Mortise / Tenon device for WoodRat WR900

The MR4 is an exact solid aluminum U-rail to fix square timbers and wood strips. With the MR4 milling of tenons, cross grooves and slots on square timbers (such as table legs) with the WoodRat are precise, fast and versatile. The workpieces are held into position and tightened with clamping screws. It can be milled tenons, slots or grooves along and cross to the fiber direction. A tracer allows series production, e.g. for manufacturing ladder constructions (back of garden benches, shelves, etc.)Specifications:

• Is screwed instead of the dogs on the rail of the WoodRat and can be moved in west to east direction.
• Supports long and heavy workpieces.
• Can also be mounted with the opening facing down, then serves as a flat workpiece support.
