DICTUM HW Cutter Bit TiAlN, Shank Ø 8 mm, Ball, 10 x 8 mm

The cutter is suitable for processing wood, plastics, aluminium, brass, copper, zinc, etc. It allows freehand milling of narrow contours and details and is therefore also ideal for sculptural work with e.g. flexible shafts. In metal processing, it is used for working weld seams, deburring, chamfering and rounding edges, processing contours, etc.
The titanium-aluminium-nitride (TiAlN) coating increases the surface hardness and heat resistance of the carbide, which in turn increases the tool life many times over. Compared to uncoated cutters, a service life up to ten times longer can be achieved.
The high concentricity allows smooth, efficient and controlled freehand work.
