Herdim UV Chamber for Varnish Mature, Violin

Almost all oil varnishes need UV light for maturing, either natural or artificial.

This UV chamber brings a solution for all who need to dry an oil varnish faster and better.

The chamber is equipped with a 40 W UV light source and a slow motion electric motor with approx. 1 turn/minute. (The UV light source produces a reasonable quantity of ozone (O3), which is also necessary for maturing of varnish). The drying period takes 12-24 hours (depending on the type of varnish) for complete maturing. Quick and easy handling is guaranteed by hanging the freshly varnished violin inside the chamber. The barrel, which covers the violin makes a dust-free environment inside the chamber.

The UV source does not produce substantially additional heat, the temperature inside the chamber will not exceed 32 °C after 24 hours of operation.230 VMaximum dimensions of the instrument: 245 mm width, 645 mm length
