WIVAMAC Copy Milling Machine KPB2545, Set, incl. MAFELL Milling Motor FM1000

The WIVAMAC copy milling machines are characterised by their robust design and particularly smooth-running copy carriages. Figures, furniture parts, etc. can thus be reproduced simply and quickly. Template and workpiece are rotated simultaneously by hand via a precision chain gear. This prevents any mismilling. The copying unit (milling spindle and scanner) can be tilted on all machines. This makes it possible to work in hard-to-reach areas. Thanks to dust-tight linear bearings, this machine is very easy to operate and practically maintenance-free. The machine can be used as a semi-automatic portal milling machine by attaching a wood-based panel (not supplied) to the machine frame.
A 43 mm Euro collet allows the installation of the MAFELL FM 1000 (included in delivery). The milling motor with 1000 W power and a speed range of 4 000-25 000 rpm produces optimum milling results. Max. workpiece length 450 mm, spindle distance 250 mm. Dimensions 870 x 700 mm.
