Mosaic Cutting Board, 400 x 280 x 30 mm

This intricate, handmade cutting board with mosaic appearance comprises 280 individually glued cross-grain pieces of American walnut, amaranth and oak. The combination of individual woods creates a unique design and amazing appearance. In comparison to cutting boards made from wood cut along the grain, end-grain wood, with its perpendicularly arranged grain, is more durable and longer lasting. Each piece is unique in terms of its natural wood structure and therefore a one-off. The board can be treated with a food-safe oil as required to keep it in good condition. We recommend using linseed oil. Handmade in Germany.
