The book presents traditional wooden buildings like granaries, log houses, barns or fence racks, paying attention to the method of construction e.g. log or post construction. The focus of attention, however, lies on smaller constructions like balconies, window frames, doors and fences, which may also add a certain rustic playfulness to new buildings.
