The razors offered here are created in the workshop of the legendary blacksmith Shigeyoshi Iwasaki, who is over 80 years old. He produces them together with his student Ryoichi Mizuochi. The razors are made of finest carbon steel, forge-welded in a charcoal furnace with Rentetsu iron and polished on natural stone. Only those pieces satisfying the stringent standards of the master are certified with his seal on the rear side of the blade. A fascinating cult object for collectors and users alike. Provided in a lovely kiri wood case. Not rustproof.
