Mortise and Tenon Templates, 7-Piece Set

5 different lengths of tenon templates with levelling tenons on the back for exact horizontal or vertical alignment. The outer contour of these templates is bevelled to allow fine adjustment of the fit. If the ball bearing is used to scan the highest point of the template, the tenon becomes larger; if the lowest point is scanned, the tenon becomes smaller. The 12 mm thick templates allow a fine adjustment range of up to +/- 1 mm due to the inclined outer edge.
Markings on the outer contour as well as three graduated slot widths in the template allow the ball bearing to be positioned in exactly the same way over and over again in order to achieve the same accuracy of fit during repeat work.
Includes 5 horizontal templates (A 1" / B 1.5" / C 2" / D 2.5" / E 3"), 2 vertical templates (B-V 1.5" / D-V 2.5"). Fits PantoRouter.
