The Filson Swiftwater Rain Jacket is engineered for active use that requires lightweight, waterproof protection. With its extremely light weight, it can easily be stowed in a backpack or placed in one of the hunting vest’s pockets. The Swiftwater is so compact it can quickly and easily be rolled up into its hood, making it extremely easy to stow.
The 2.5-layer shell fabric is constructed from 100 % recycled, 3.8 oz. ripstop nylon with a waterproof membrane laminated to its interior. This membrane is full of microscopic pores that allow vapours and heat to escape yet keep out rain and snow. So you stay dry and protected even during strenuous activities
The Swiftwater is fully seam-sealed to provide heavy-duty protection from the wettest of weather. AquaGuard® zips by YKK®, which are water-repellent, are used throughout the design to ensure that water does not penetrate. The front zip has an interior storm flap and a zipper tab to prevent neck-pinching.
Built for comfort and convenience, the Swiftwater has plenty of room to add layers underneath in frigid weather. The jacket boasts a two-way drawcord-adjustable hood, adjustable hook-and-loop cuffs provide a custom fit over to keep water out.
