The »Woodbeater« 18 inch / 7 mm rubber boot with side zip by Gateway1 impresses with its high comfort temperature of down to -50 °C. It has a generous fit and a side zip, which is ideal for people with a high instep. The inner lining consists of a combination of Coil Lining, 5 mm neoprene and an additional 400 g 3M THINSULATE, which provides optimal insulation against cold and wet. The upper part of the boot is made of highly abrasion-resistant spandex for extra protection.
The upper of the rubber boot is made of vulcanised natural rubber (G1 70). The insole is removable and equipped with a G1 stage3 footbed, which ensures high wearing comfort. The All Terrain Gripper outsole is suitable for any type of terrain and the deep Lynx ICE-GRIP+ tread ensures optimum grip in temperatures from -45 to +30 °C. Other extras include the particularly good insulation provided by the 3M THINSULATE material and the coil lining made of neoprene, as well as the side zip, which makes it easy to put on and take off.
